The following illustrates the vast areas in which EMT has expertise. Further

SQL Reports
EMT has written SQL reports to the specification of several companies
and has full understanding of the underlying structure of the database.
The SQL reports written thus far have met or exceeded the requirements
of the companies that have requested them.
Data Mapping
EMT experts have been responsible for mapping of data for import and
export of data from different legacy systems and to other MRP systems.
Data mapping can be performed extremely quickly due to the understanding
of the database structure and rules.
Migration
EMT has migrated a legacy database into WDS Compass Contract and is capable
of creating the required subroutines to accomplish this task regardless
of your present database structure. We have also created migration programs
for "what if" scenarios and forward scheduling.
Process Review
With the extensive knowledge of manufacturing and financial systems, EMT
is familiar with the industry standards of operation and the processes
required to make a manufacturing system function smoothly.

Our financial experts have developed procedures for reconciliation of
the general ledger to various functions of a client's system. One example

We have "seen it all" and know what system should be used specifically
for the client's business. We can advise on how to best apply a system
to facilitate efficient manufacturing of the client's product.
Unix Utilities
Various Unix utilities have been created to help maintain the server
without the need for constant monitoring and manipulation. These utilities
allow the system to run untouched for extended periods of time. Automatic
shutdown and startup routines have been created to facilitate backups.
Oracle Utilities
Various SQL scripts have been created with the idea of not having to monitor and manipulate
the Oracle database constantly. A quick check of certain parameters will
give you a report card on the performance of the system and whether any
maintenance is necessary.
In addition, EMT has developed software for bar-coding, time and attendance, scheduling, rate uploading, alternate parts, and migration of data. Further information is available on any of these products on request.
